Verify Capability Process after Improvement

The conclusion of Experimental will be used as the improvement result (optimal solution). We expect that better condition after improvement than before improvement. To ensure whether our improvement give the positive impact to the project, we must re-calculate the capability of the process after improvement. The best result of our improvement will match with our target (Define Phase).
