In the Analyze phase, the activities, objectives and tools that will be used to break down the possible X’s, analyze it and conclude the vital factor that most affect in project Y. Detail of analyze phase activities are drawn Matrix bellow:

To Analyzing of our project (Data Resume), we must understand the phenomena of the data. By understanding it, we can expect the result and setting the reasonable hypotheses. This step is important to determine whether the factors are giving the significant effect to the project Y or not. While we decide to improve the factors that not give the big impact of project Y, we do something waste activity (maybe time, money, etc.).
