What Factor that affect our Output??

Our process constructed by Input – Process – Output phase. The bad or good output always carried by bad or good process/input. Good process will generate the good output which organization need. But, the bad output will derive the loss that may become a waste, product reject, and drop productivity, bad quality, even lost of customer. How the output could be controlled as well organization or customer need? Bellow some illustration the way how to create and control the good output.

The processes are influenced by Input and many both external and internal factors to produce the output. Just like mathematical function while Y is the output of the project is influenced by factors (X’s) which have formulation that could be controlled. In other words, Y is dependent variable which the result are controlled or influenced by its factors. Factors are dynamics. Therefore, factors are independent variable which controllable. So, to gain good result of Y, we must to control X.

Our processes and input are controlled by factor X’s. There are many factor are influence the process whereas only small number of them is the vital factors. Do you still remember of Pareto concept?? Pareto concept is 80:20 Rules. Factors that influence the output (project Y) 80% are caused by 20% of the issues. So, in this phase we must found the 20% factors that have impact 80% of the overall problems. This causes / factors are named Vital Factor.
