Where is The Six Sigma’s Project come from?

Project comes from in many conditions. In our process organization mostly has a process Supplier – Input – Process – Output – Customer. Customer as the last chain must be oriented to be our objectives because most organization lives depend on their customer. Voice of customer (VOC) sometimes drives the Market condition (Voice of Business) that pushing organization to create business policy (Biz Issue) to fulfill the demand/customer need.
