Inspection of the Performance

This step equal to evaluate the application of the improvement. Before we have checked the capability process after improvement, now we will evaluate the feasibility conducting improvement. We must check and evaluate the effect, costs, and easiness of derived solutions. Sometimes the improvement need some re-design because of organization limitation. We must clearly map the limitation and make verification and re-design adjustment. Re-design also could be making some positive points and raise up the advantages of the improvement.
