It’s important to setup the target of our project. By defining the problem of the project (CTQ), we able to determine its direction of project and setup target. The target could be come from the percentage of increasing sales, target ppm, etc.
The target will be describe in detail by deploy the schedule of implementation of the project. Scheduling involves the phase of six sigma steps, and time line project closing. We can use Gant Chart as the Tool of scheduling of the project.
